This Atome Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) payment option is available in Malaysia only, for purchases of RM500 and above in a single transaction, subject to change without prior notice.
Customers must have an active Atome account and be approved by Atome Malaysia for installment payment.
Atome Scan QR payment is now applicable for gold bar purchases and other items. For detailed step-by-step instructions on how to use Atome Scan QR, please whatsapp chat with customer service for guidance.

The total purchase amount will be split into 3 equal payments over 3 months, subject to Atome’s approval and terms.
Payment processing, instalment scheduling, and deductions are managed solely by Atome in accordance with Atome’s policies.
CERA Jewels will only proceed with the order upon successful payment confirmation from Atome at checkout.
If payment via Atome is unsuccessful, interrupted, or fails during checkout, the order will not be completed, and customers have to select an alternative payment method such as FPX or credit/debit card to proceed.
CERA Jewels does not manage, monitor, or interfere with customers’ Atome instalment arrangements after successful checkout.

Orders placed using Atome are not eligible for direct cash refunds.
Any approved refund (if applicable) will be processed through Atome, following Atome’s refund policy.
For product resizing, repair, or exchange, additional charges may apply depending on product type and gold weight differences.

Once payment is made through Atome, order cancellations are not allowed unless approved by CERA Jewels management.
Approved cancellations will follow Atome’s refund procedures and timelines.
