Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Program: CERA Jewels Affiliate Program
1. Eligibility
To join the program, participants must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid bank account or e-wallet for commission payments.
- Maintain a minimum of 1,000 followers on at least one social media platform (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Threads, Twitter, or other relevant platforms).
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Enrollment
After submitting your application, our team will review it and notify you within 1–3 working days. Upon approval, you will gain access to your affiliate dashboard, tracking links, banners, and marketing resources.
3. Sample Deposit Requirement
All approved affiliates must receive a gold-plated silver ring sample as part of the program.
- A refundable deposit of RM100 per ring is required.
- Affiliates may choose any design from our store and confirm their choice with our customer service team at 010-4000080.
- The deposit will be refunded once you create and submit original content featuring the chosen design.
- Refunds will only be issued after our team has verified the submitted content.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate, you agree to:
- Promote CERA Jewels products honestly, transparently, and ethically.
- Avoid misleading claims, spam, or unethical marketing practices.
- Refrain from bidding on “CERA Jewels” or related keywords in paid advertising without prior written approval.
- Ensure all promotional content complies with applicable laws, advertising standards, and platform policies.
5. Commissions & Payments
- Affiliates earn 5% commission on every valid sale generated through their unique affiliate link.
- Commissions are calculated based on the final paid amount (excluding discounts, refunds, shipping fees, and taxes).
- Payments are processed monthly, within 10 days after the end of each month, provided that the affiliate meets the minimum payout threshold of RM500.
- Commissions will be adjusted for canceled orders, refunds, or payment disputes.
6. Tracking & Cookies
Sales are tracked via cookies with a 30-day validity period. Only purchases made through the affiliate link within this timeframe will qualify for commission.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the program with immediate effect if you:
- Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activities.
- Breach these Terms & Conditions.
- Harm the reputation of the CERA Jewels brand.
Unpaid commissions below the payout threshold will be forfeited upon termination.
8. Intellectual Property
Affiliates may only use approved CERA Jewels logos, product images, and marketing materials for promotional purposes. Any alteration or unauthorized use of these materials is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program. Earnings are not guaranteed.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
