All prices listed on the website are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices may fluctuate depending on the global gold market and other factors. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the price and contact you for confirmation before processing your order.

Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and ship all ready-stock orders within 1 to 3 working days. Custom-made items will require additional production time, typically 10 to 15 working days after design confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the courier service. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
Custom-Made Orders
Custom-made jewellery orders are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun. Please ensure that all design details and ring sizes are confirmed before making payment. Minor adjustments may be accommodated depending on the stage of production.
Returns & Exchange
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence. Approved returns must be sent back unused, in original packaging, and with the receipt.
Intellectual Property
All content on the CERA Jewels website, including logos, product images, text, graphics, and design, are the intellectual property of HWL Jewellery Trading Sdn Bhd. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.
