Return Period
CERA Jewels offers a 7-day return window. This means you may request a return within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility for Returns
For a return to be approved, the jewellery must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with all tags intact, and packaged in its original box. Proof of purchase or receipt must also be provided.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at 010-4000080. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how to send the item back. Any parcels sent to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We kindly ask that you check your order as soon as it arrives. If you discover any defects, damages, or that you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain products are not eligible for returns. These include:
- Custom-made jewellery or personalized designs
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
We do not accept returns on products that fall under hygiene-sensitive or restricted categories. If you are unsure about your item’s eligibility, please contact us for clarification.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will inform you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please note that banks and card issuers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
