Online Customer Service
Location: CERA HQ - Georgetown, Penang
We're Looking For:
- Friendly and cheerful personality.
- Exceptional in Bahasa Malaysia & fluent in English.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and hosting livestreams. (optional, bonus if able to)
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- As this role involves showcasing ladies' jewellery during livestreams, female applicants are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via WhatsApp and social media chat.
- Recommend suitable jewellery based on customers' needs.
- Create social media content.
- Host engaging livestream sessions. (optional, bonus if able to)
- Assist with product photography, videography and daily operations.
